みなさん、こんにちは！このたび私は、2026年2月22日（日）に開催される大阪マラソン2026にチャリティランナーとして初挑戦します。マラソンは一度も走ったことがなく、今回が人生初のフルマラソンです。中学校時代は陸上部で長距離を担当していましたが、そこから年月が経ち、今は週2回ほどランニングを続けながら、健康づくりと挑戦心を大切にしています。生涯で一度はマラソンを完走してみたい、そんな思いを胸に走ります。

今回、チャリティランナーとして参加するのはNPO法人グッドネーバーズ・ジャパンです。大阪マラソン2026で集まったご寄付は、同団体を通じて世界各地の平和構築や人道支援のために活用されます。例えば、エチオピアでの平和と健康のための活動、ウクライナで被災した女性の職業訓練、モザンビークやアジア諸国での防災啓発や復興支援準備など、幅広い分野で「平和の虹」をかけるために役立てられます。

私は食べることが大好きで、ついお腹いっぱいになるまで食べてしまうこともあります。そんな日常の中で、当たり前のように食べられることが、実はとても恵まれたことだと感じる瞬間があります。だからこそ、自分の力だけでは大きなことはできなくても、このチャリティを通じて少しでも希望や支援の輪を広げるお手伝いができればと願っています。

普段はIT企業で開発マネージャーとして働き、週末は教会で子どもたちや地域の方々と関わりを持ちながら奉仕をしています。だからこそ、未来ある子どもたちが安心して成長できる環境を支えたいという気持ちは強くあります。

Hello everyone! On February 22, 2026, I will take on the Osaka Marathon 2026 as a charity runner, marking my very first full marathon. I’ve never run a marathon before, but I used to be on the track team in middle school, running long distances. Now, I run twice a week to stay healthy, and I’ve always dreamed of completing a full marathon at least once in my life.

As a charity runner, I’m joining Good Neighbors Japan. Donations raised through the Osaka Marathon will support peacebuilding and humanitarian efforts around the world, including health initiatives in Ethiopia, vocational training for women affected by the conflict in Ukraine, and disaster preparedness projects in Asia and Africa.

I love food, and sometimes I realize how fortunate I am to always have enough to eat. That’s why I want to use this opportunity to help expand the circle of hope and support, even in small ways, through this charity run.

In my daily life, I work as a development manager at an IT company and serve in my local church community, especially with children. Supporting children’s growth and giving them hope resonates deeply with me.
