私たちグッドネーバーズ・ジャパンは、世界各地で紛争や自然災害が多発する状況においても、誰もが人間らしく生きられる社会を実現するため、緊急支援や平和構築のための活動を展開しています。特に海外では、アジア・アフリカ諸国を中心に、水・衛生、生計向上、平和構築など、地域のニーズに応じた包括的な支援を実施しています。
Good Neighbors Japan is committed to creating a society where everyone can live with dignity, even in situations affected by conflicts and natural disasters occurring around the world.
Internationally, we focus on comprehensive development programs tailored to the needs of local communities, particularly in Asian and African countries. Our initiatives include water and sanitation, livelihood improvement, and peacebuilding.
【寄付金の使途】
マラソンを通じていただいたご寄付は、当団体が世界各国で行う「平和構築」のための取り組みに活用させていただきます。
例えば、
ウクライナ：地雷の危険から命を守る教育や戦争の被害を受けた子どもたちへの心のケア活動
シリア：住民が主体となって行う地域復興支援や社会的結束を高める活動
他にも、モザンビークや中東、アジア諸国での平和構築の活動、復興支援などに大切に活用いたします。これにより、皆さんと一緒に、世界へ「平和の虹」を結びたいと思います。
Donations received through the Osaka Marathon will be used to support our organization’s peacebuilding efforts around the world. For example, they will be used for activities for Explosive Ordnance Risk Education and Psychosocial Support in Ukraine, and Community-led recovery efforts and activities aimed at enhancing social cohesion in Syria and recovery preparedness efforts related to peacebuilding in Mozambique and countries across the Middle East and Asia. Through these efforts, we invite you to join us creating a rainbow of peace across the world.
【寄付控除の有無】
グッドネーバーズ・ジャパンは2013年より、寄付金控除の優遇措置団体である認定NPO法人として認可されています。そのため、
■個人が寄付をする場合：寄付金は控除の対象になります。
■法人が寄付をする場合：一般の寄付金に認められる範囲とは別枠で、一定額まで損金算入が可能となります。
寄附金受領証明書（領収証）の発行について
・2026年10月までのご寄付：2026年12月下旬頃に発行され、2026年分の確定申告にご利用いただけます。
・2026年11月までのご寄付：2027年1月下旬頃に発行され、2026年分の確定申告にご利用いただけます。
・2026年12月〜2027年3月のご寄付：2027年5月下旬頃に発行され、2027年分のご寄付としてお取り扱いいたします。
Since 2013, Good Neighbors Japan has been certified as an Approved Specified Nonprofit Corporation, which qualifies for preferential tax treatment on donations.
■ For individual donors: Donations are eligible for tax deductions.
■ For corporate donors: Donations can be included as deductible expenses, in addition to the general limit for ordinary donations.
Receipt Issuance (Certificate of Donation)
・Donations by October 2026: Receipts will be issued around late December 2026 and can be used for your 2026 tax return.
・Donations by November 2026: Receipts will be issued around late January 2027 and can be used for your 2026 tax return.
・Donations from December 2026 to March 2027: Receipts will be issued around late May 2027 and will be treated as 2027 donations.

グッドネーバーズ・ジャパンとは
皆さん、こんにちは！グッドネーバーズ・ジャパン（GNJP）です。私たちは、世界40カ国以上で活動する国際組織グッドネーバーズ・インターナショナルの一員で、海外と国内で子どもたちのこころと身体を守る国際NGOです。
日本では2004年に設立され、「子どもの笑顔にあふれ、誰もが人間らしく生きられる社会」を目指し、国内外で緊急人道支援や開発支援を行っています。
Hello, everyone! We are Good Neighbors Japan (GNJP), a member of Good Neighbors International, which operates in more than 40 countries worldwide. We work to protect the lives and well-being of children both overseas and domestically.
Established in Japan in 2004, GNJP provides emergency humanitarian assistance and development assistance both in Japan and overseas, working toward “a society filled with children’s smiles, where everyone can live with dignity.”
私たちが取り組む社会課題
世界では紛争によって、基本的な生活がままならない、もしくは紛争後も不安定な社会の中で困難を抱えて生活している人たちがいます。
紛争や迫害による避難民の数： 2025年末時点で紛争や暴力、迫害や人権侵害によって故郷を追われた人々は世界で1億1,780万人いるとされており、今なお多くの方が過酷な避難生活を強いられています。※UNHCR「2025年のグローバル・トレンズ」より
子どもへの影響： 世界の難民の約40%は18歳未満の子どもであり、教育・医療・保護といった基本的な権利が脅かされています。※UNICEF「子どもの移動と避難」より
紛争の激化： 2026年には世界で約2億3,900万人が人道支援を必要としていると推計されており、その多くは紛争が要因となっています。※OCHA「2026年グローバル人道概要」より
このような状況を根本から変えていくためには、緊急支援だけにとどまらず、以下のような未来を見据えたアプローチが欠かせません。

In the world, there are people whose basic livelihoods are disrupted by conflict, or who continue to live in unstable societies after conflict, carrying ongoing anxiety.
Number of refugees and forcibly displaced people due to conflict or persecution: As of the end of 2025, an estimated 117.8 million people worldwide had been forced to flee their homes due to conflict, violence, persecution, and human rights violations. Many continue to endure extremely difficult conditions in displacement. Source: UNHCR, “Global Trends 2025”
Impact on children: Approximately 40% of the world’s refugee population is under 18 years old, putting their basic rights—such as access to education, healthcare, and protection—at risk. Source: UNICEF, “Child Migration and Displacement”
Escalating conflicts: In 2026, an estimated 239 million people around the world are expected to require humanitarian assistance, with armed conflict remaining one of the primary drivers of humanitarian needs. Source: OCHA, “Global Humanitarian Overview 2026”
To address the root causes of these challenges, emergency assistance alone is not enough. Forward-looking approaches such as the following are essential: Empowering people to shape their future: Education, awareness-raising, and human resource development
Building the foundations of stable lives: Reducing poverty and inequality
Creating safer and more secure communities: Building trust between people and government authorities.
事業内容と実績
「飢餓のない、共に生きる世界」を目指す国際NGOの一員として、現在アジア・アフリカ・中東など世界各国で、教育や水・衛生、収入向上をはじめ、地域のニーズに応じた支援活動を実施しています。
例えば、民族間の対立が続くエチオピアでは住民同士の対話の機会づくりや平和教育を通じた平和構築に取り組んできました。ウクライナでは戦争の影響を受けた子どもたちへの心のケア支援、シリアでは社会的結束を高める住民主体の活動など、紛争地域で人びとが再び信頼し合える社会づくりに力を注いでいます。

For example, in Ethiopia, where interethnic conflict continues, we have been working on peacebuilding through creating opportunities for dialogue among community members and peace education. In Ukraine, we provide psychosocial support to children affected by the war, while in Syria, we support community-led activities that strengthen social cohesion. Through these efforts, we are committed to building societies in conflict-affected areas where people can once again trust one another.

世界各地で頻発する紛争や災害により、多くの人々が故郷を追われ、安心して暮らすことさえ困難な状況が続いています。
グッドネーバーズ・ジャパンは、20年以上の経験を活かし、命を守る緊急支援にとどまらず、地域社会の自立と平和を築くための活動を強化していきます。
特に、若者や女性のエンパワメントや安心して通える教育環境づくり、社会的結束力を高める活動など、人々の「未来をつくる力」を支える取り組みを進めます。 皆さまのご支援により、紛争や災害に負けない、希望ある社会をともに実現していきます。

Frequent conflicts and disasters around the world have forced many people to leave their homes, leaving them in situations where even living safely is difficult. Drawing on 20 years of experience, Good Neighbors Japan is strengthening activities not only for life-saving emergency assistance but also to build self-reliant and peaceful communities.
In particular, we focus on empowering youth and women, promoting safe and supportive learning environments for children, and strengthening social cohesion and building more community resilience to help people build their futures. With your support, we will work together to create a hopeful society that can withstand conflict and disaster.
代表のメッセージ
昨年に引き続き、大阪マラソンを通じて、チャリティランナーの皆さまとともに社会課題に向き合い、支援の輪を広げていけることを、大変うれしく思います。
世界では今も、紛争や災害、貧困によって、多くの人々が安心して生活することが難しい状況に置かれています。命を守るための緊急支援に加え、地域の人々が本来持つ力や可能性を発揮し、再び自らの手で暮らしを築いていける環境をともにつくる。それが、私たちの役割だと考えています。
チャリティランナーとして参加される皆さまの想いは、紛争や災害の影響を受けた地域で、人々が安心して暮らせる社会を築くための活動へとつながります。
社会課題の解決には、志をともにする多くの方々との歩みが欠かせません。走ることで平和な社会づくりに参加し、ともに未来を支えてくださる皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。
Following on from last year, we are truly delighted to address social challenges together with our charity runners through the Osaka Marathon and to continue expanding the circle of support.
Even today, conflict, disasters, and poverty leave many people around the world struggling to live in peace and safety. In addition to emergency life-saving aid, we believe our role is to work together with local communities to create an environment where they can unlock their inherent strength and potential, enabling them to rebuild their lives with their own hands.
The warm wishes and support of our charity runners will directly translate into action to build societies where people in regions affected by conflict and disasters can live with peace of mind.
To solve social challenges, embarking on this journey with many others who share our vision is indispensable. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of you who are contributing to a peaceful society through your run and supporting our shared future.

Your run will give the strength to live to someone suffering far away. There are many people in the world who find it difficult to even survive today due to conflicts and disasters. The Charity Run is a special challenge to deliver life-saving support and hope for the future to such people. Every step you take brings us one step closer to peace and helps create safe and secure lives for people affected by conflict and crisis. Running connects lives.
