NPO法人み・らいず２が目指すのは、

「だれもが、自分らしく地域で暮らせる社会」

がどんな人にとっても当たり前の未来です。

私たちは2001年より、大阪で障害、不登校、ニートやひきこもり、

発達障害など多様な状況にある子どもや若者の支援を行ってきました。

困難な状況の方々に出会うたびに、その都度必要な支援をつくり

行政や民間問わず様々な機関・団体との連携も進めてきました。

貧困や不登校など、多様な背景を持つ子どもたちの居場所づくりや、

障害のある方やそのご家族へのヘルパー派遣、

発達障害などの子どもたちの学習や遊びの支援、

障害のある若者が働くための支援など、

様々な支援を行っています。

NPO Mi-Rise 2 strives to create a future where it is the norm for everyone—regardless of their circumstances—to live in their community in a way that is true to themselves.

Since 2001, we have been providing support in Osaka to children and young people facing diverse challenges, including disabilities, school non-attendance, social withdrawal (hikikomori), and developmental disorders.

Whenever we encounter individuals facing difficulties, we develop the necessary support systems on the spot and collaborate with a wide range of public and private organizations.

We provide a variety of services, such as creating safe spaces for children from diverse backgrounds (including those experiencing poverty or school non-attendance), dispatching caregivers to assist individuals with disabilities and their families, supporting learning and play for children with developmental disorders, and helping young people with disabilities find employment.

子どもたちに出会い、必要な支援を届ける

支援をつくり、届け続けるなかで、困窮状態にある子どもたちに出会いました。

そして、そうした子どもたちは、社会に気づかれないまま多く存在していること、必要な支援が届きづらいことを知りました。

そこで、2016年頃から、生活困窮世帯の子どもたちに向けた学習支援や居場所づくり、

子ども食堂の実施等、子どもの貧困問題の解決に取り組む活動を行ってきました。

例えば、保護者に病気や障害等があり、

家庭の外にSOSを出せずに子どもが孤立しているケースでは、

保護者が子どもにとって心地よい居場所や支援機関を探す余力がない場合も多い状況にあります。

困難を抱えた孤独な子育てから、虐待やネグレクト、

子どもの不登校、非行等に繋がることが起こり得ます。

子どもたちや、子どもたちを取り巻く家族の問題が複雑化する前に繋がり、支援を届けていくことが必要です。

In the course of developing and delivering support services, we encountered children living in conditions of severe hardship.

We learned that there are many such children whose plight goes unnoticed by society and who struggle to access the support they need.

Consequently, since around 2016, we have been working to address the issue of child poverty through initiatives such as academic support, the creation of safe spaces, and the operation of "children's cafeterias" (community dining programs) for children from low-income households.

For instance, in cases where a parent suffers from illness or disability, a child may become isolated, unable to reach out for help outside the home; often, the parent simply lacks the capacity to seek out supportive environments or assistance agencies for their child.

Struggling with parenting in isolation can lead to serious consequences, including abuse, neglect, school refusal, and juvenile delinquency.

It is essential that we connect with these children and their families—and provide the necessary support—before their problems become increasingly complex.

未来の声なき声に耳をかたむけ続ける

私たちがしてきたこと、この先も挑み続けることは、

時代の先を行く福祉サービスの創造でも

単なる事業の運営でもありません。

出会う人々すべてと全力で向き合い、

話を聞き、言葉にならない思いを想像しながら

相手の幸せを一心に願う、その積み重ね。

たとえ、仕組みや制度の壁があったとしても

それでも何かできるはず、もっと他にできることはないか、

と立ち止まらずに考え続けてきました。

何が起こるか、だれにもわからない日々だからこそ、その時代、時代の地域の課題や一人ひとりが抱える困りごとを見つめて、

必要な支援を届け、なければ、つくり続ける。

目の前にいる、出会った相手に「本当に」必要な支援は何か考え、その人の「本当の幸せ」を考え続ける。

どれだけ時代が変わっても、私たちの姿勢や見つめる先は変わることはありません。

What we have done—and what we will continue to strive for—is neither merely about creating pioneering welfare services nor simply about running a business.

It is about the accumulation of moments spent fully engaging with everyone we meet: listening to them, imagining the feelings they cannot put into words, and wholeheartedly wishing for their happiness.

Even when faced with the barriers of systems and regulations, we have refused to stop thinking—constantly asking ourselves what can be done and what other possibilities exist.

In these uncertain times where the future is unknown, we focus on the challenges facing our local communities and the struggles of each individual; we deliver the necessary support—and if that support does not yet exist, we create it.

We consider what kind of support is truly needed by the person right in front of us, and we keep thinking about what constitutes their genuine happiness.

No matter how the times may change, our stance and our vision remain steadfast.

子どもたちに体験の機会を

大阪マラソンでいただいた寄附金は、子どもたちに「人とともに楽しむ」「自分が大切にされる」経験をしてもらうためのイベントの運営費用に充てさせていただきます。

このイベントは、人生で一度きりしかないような特別な体験ではありません。

例えば、

・クリスマス会でサンタクロースからプレゼントをもらう

・お花見でみんなで一緒にお弁当を食べる

といった、私たちがこれまで経験したことがあるような「当たり前」の体験です。

特別なことはなくても、みんなと一緒に楽しめる

次に会ったときに、「この前楽しかったね！」と同じ情景を思い浮かべながら話ができる

「また行きたい！」「今度はもっとチャレンジしたい！」という思いを実現できる

そうした経験が、子どもたちの豊かな人生の糧になると、私たちは信じています。
