I would like to support Certified NPO Cancer Support Community to raise awareness & knowledge for the mental health of cancer patients. Support groups connect cancer patients with people who are also dealing with cancer. They can understand each other and what they are going through and the challenges they are facing. They will no longer be feeling alone. Being able to speak freely and openly can take an emotional weight off their shoulders, especially if they feel unable to speak candidly with friends or family members.
